Program the Charter Remote
1. Turn on device
2. Press and hold Select (OK) button and the (TV) button (or whatever the device is that your programming) for 3 sec
3. Press and hold CH UP key until the device turns off
4. Release the CH key and press the power button to turn device back on.
5. Press the (TV) or device key again to set the code permantely.
